D-11 kindergarten registration nears

Kindergarten registration for the 2010-2011 school year is Friday, April 23, from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., at all District 11 elementary schools.
Children must be five years of age on or before October 1, 2010, to enroll in kindergarten. For each child to be enrolled, parents should bring to registration: a birth certificate, updated immunization records, and proof of residence within District 11. Free full-day kindergarten is offered at all District 11 schools.
