Dangerous cold invades Midwest

Cold "Arctic" air is pushing south out of the Polar parts of Canada tonight. Wind chill readings along the US border are running 35 degrees below zero in some spots. Low temperatures tonight from the Dakotas into the upper Midwest will be 30 to 35 degrees below zero, and thats not wind chill, thats the actual air temperature.
