Death in Manzanola being investigated as homicide

The Otero County Coroner has identified a man found dead near Manzanola as 44 year old Ronnie Griego of Rocky Ford. We're told he had an abdominal injury and bled to death. The death is being investigated as a homicide.
Griego's body was discovered Sunday on a road outside town. His body was decomposing, but no word yet how long it had been there. So far, no suspects have been identified.
