We had a gorgeous Friday! Highs were well into the 80s and 90s, with mostly sunny skies. Overnight, skies will stay clear, starting us with a nice weekend. We will see some showers around, but not a washout of a weekend.
Saturday the rain chances will stay in the high country. Otherwise, the rest of us will just see a few more clouds and temperatures just as warm as Friday. On Sunday, the showers will move down to the plains, bringing a few showers to everyone. Because we'll have a bit more clouds covering the area, and a few spotty showers around, temperatures will drop a few degrees - but still stay warm.
Monday and Tuesday is the best chance of seeing more widespread rain. But by midweek, that too will move out. Sure, it's a few days with some showers around, but we could use the rain. And it's not going to be a washout of a day. However, some heavy downpours could be seen at anytime.
Enjoy your weekend... Meteorologist Valerie Abati
