Defense begins closing arguments in McClelland case

Logan McClelland's defense attorneys are about to present their reasons why the teen should not be convicted of first degree murder in the death of Bradley Blehm.

This morning, the prosecution told jurors there should be no doubt that Logan had time to think about the consequences of his actions as he pulled a gun out of a backpack, unsnapped it from a holster, got out of his family's truck and shot Blehm seven times. They also say witnesses swore Blehm was obviously unarmed and backing away with his hands up when he was shot at Big O Tires on August 9, 2010.
