Many people admit to coping with cliques in the workplace.
A new survey conducted by Harris Interactive for Career-Builder found 43% of workers say their office or workplace has cliques.
About 11% say they felt intimidated by these cliques, and 46% say their boss is part of one.
Plus, 13% say the cliques have had a negative impact on their careers.
To fit in, some people say they keep their political affiliation, personal hobbies, and religious beliefs a secret.
