Dr. Dobson's next move

Dr. James Dobson won't be retiring when he leaves Focus on the Family in February. He's announced on his Facebook page and a webpage that he's starting a new venture. Here's part of that announcement:

This is the first announcement of a brand new 30 minute daily radio program to be carried on numerous stations, beginning in March, 2010. It is called JCDs Family Forum, and will be changed soon to James Dobson on the Family.

Dr. Dobson is asking for donations towards the new ministry. He says the first year budget will be $2 million dollars. Dr. Dobson founded Focus on the Family in 1977. He says he's retiring from Focus to turn over the leadership to a younger generation. At the same time he says he's not retiring because he feels called to help the American family.
