The suspect was then reported to have grabbed a female living in the home, dragging her out of the house and assaulted her. The female victim only sustained minor injuries before the suspect fled the area on foot.
About an hour later officers were able to locate and arrest the suspect just a few blocks away. The suspect is identified as David Miller and is being charged with 1st degree burglary, 2nd degree kidnapping and felony menacing. It was also later learned that Miller and the female victim had been in a relationship at one time before the incident.
