Early morning Colorado Springs shooting

Colorado Springs Police are reporting a shooting that happened around 4 a.m.

One man was shot. He has been taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police do not know where the shooting took place, but they told us they made contact with the victim on Cheyenne Mountain Boulevard and Venetucci Boulevard, near the Target Store on Cheyenne.

Police are currently searching for the suspect.
