EPC Sheriff's office trying new ways of getting info out to you

New technology often means better ways of doing things.

When the El Paso County Sheriff's Office has information it wants to get out, now they can put some video with it as well.

The department has started a YouTube page, putting up video on things they're working on.

They say it gives another option on getting information out to you.

"A lot of times something isn't necessarily something that we're going to put out a press release on, but we want to push the information out and find an avenue with which to send out that information, even if it's just a quick tidbit of information," Says Lt. Lari Sevene

They already have videos online; including the Sheriff's press conference yesterday in the Genesis Sims case.
