Over a thousand future farmers take over Pueblo!
They come from all over the state, and they're in town for the Future Farmers of America State Convention where they compete in different competitions like public speaking.
We caught up with them Tuesday during a volleyball tournament, and they all say making new friends is the best part.
"Hanging out and having fun," said Garrett Proctor, a member of FFA from Eaton, Colorado. "The competition is fun, but you do that and then the rest of the time is to hang out, have fun, see what else is going on, meet new people, make friends."
Forty-one teams competed in the tournament Tuesday.
The convention runs through Thursday.
