Fire danger signs installed

The Colorado Springs Fire Department is installing fire danger signs around the community.

The signs will show current fire danger and will be displayed at fire stations, parks and in some neighborhoods.

Part of the money for the signs came from an $18,000 grant from the Colorado Division of Emergency Management.

Wildfire hazard ratings for individual neighborhoods can be seen by clicking here.
