Fire near Fort Collins at 50% containment

The Hewlett Fire, burning about 20 miles northwest of Fort Collins, is now at 50 percent containment.

Officials say the fire sparked from a campstove. The man accused, reportedly tried to stamp out the fire, but ran as the fire spread.

It's now grown to over 7,500 acres. There are 522 firefighters on the ground helping fight the blaze. Six people and one wildland truck are aiding the northern crews.

All evacuations have been lifted.
