Fireball lights up twitter

LOS ANGELES (AP) - No, the space invasion hasn't begun. But lots of folks in Southern Californian reported an exploding fireball in the sky last night. The experts say it was most likely a meteor associated with the South Taurids (TOHR'-ids) meteor shower, which is especially active this time of year. Twitter lit up with sightings. Comedian Eli Braden tweeted that he "just saw an absolutely INSANE meteor in the sky above Glendale, CA ... Either that or the alien invasion has begun."
