Frontier Airlines ease rules for travelers facing a storm

Due to the potential of a winter storm, Frontier Airlines has enacted guidelines for travel to, from or through Chicago Midway, Des Moines, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Omaha, and St. Louis.
This policy applies to customers who are scheduled to travel Feb. 21-22, 2013, who purchased tickets on or before Feb. 19, 2013.
Customers may make one itinerary change. Rules and restrictions regarding standard change fees, advance purchase, day or time applications, blackouts, and minimum or maximum stay requirements have been waived.
Changes must be made by midnight on Feb. 22, 2013
Travel to and from Chicago Midway, Des Moines, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Omaha, and St. Louis must be completed by March 1, 2013.
