AURORA, Colo. (AP) - U.S. Marshals have arrested a fugitive motorcycle gang member who's accused of plotting to kill rival gang members in Denver and in Illinois.
The Denver Post reports that agents arrested Marshal "Big Bo" Fry in the Denver suburb of Aurora on Tuesday.
A federal indictment issued in Missouri says Fry belongs to the Wheels of Soul motorcycle gang. Eighteen members of the gang were indicted on various charges in June, and Fry was the last to be arrested.
Fry is accused of firing at rival gang members in Denver last year and planning to kill members of another gang this year in East St. Louis, Ill.
He's awaiting a detention hearing in Denver.
