On Monday the U.S. Department of Energy reported that gas prices were around $3.96 a gallon nationwide at the pump. That's up about 8 cents from a week ago. AAA says they expect gas prices to go up to about $4 a gallon by the end of the week. We'll have more this evening on News First 5.
