Pueblo Restaurant owner Tony Ianne has agreed to plead guilty to one count, and in exchange the District Attorney will drop 71 others.

Ianne, who owns Rosario's and Tony's Chop House, was charged in a complex mortgage fraud case related to sale of 18 houses back in 2007.

Now Ianne, 50, has agreed to plead guilty to one class four felony, Conspiracy to Commit Computer Crime.

He could be sentenced to up to 12 years in prison, but the sentence could be as light as a stay in community corrections or probation.

Sentencing is scheduled for May.
