Gunshot in apartment complex takes out neighbor's TV

A Colorado Springs woman heard a gunshot in the apartment above hers on Saturday night, that's when a bullet came through the ceiling and came to a rest in a flat-screen TV. Luckily no one was injured. The woman called police.

This was around 9 p.m. Saturday at the Woodland Hills apartment complex, near E. Woodman Road and N. Union Blvd.

Police investigated and detained three people from the apartment above. CSPD says a woman in the upstairs apartment, 25-year-old Amy Walter, picked up a handgun and it accidentally went off.

Walter was arrested on misdemeanor charges.
