Handling Holiday stress

Getting through the holidays stress free isn't as hard as it seems. Following some simple tips can keep you calm and collected.

Make sure you don't get over-whelmed, Freant-Vitt says, make sure you're getting enough sleep, watch what you eat, budget your time and your money, and don't take on more than you can handle.
