Heavy wet snow as far south as Mississippi

An unusually strong storm dropped up to 4" of snow on parts of Mississippi today. Jackson picked up 3.5" of snow and that caused dozens of accidents due to icy conditions. The last time central Mississippi got at least 2" of snow was February of 2010.
