In El Paso County the Clerk and Recorder's Office will provide curbside drop-off at all four branch locations on Monday, October 31, and on Tuesday, November 1. Curb side drop-off will be available from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Monday and from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Registered voters who have not received a mail ballot can come to any of the four Clerk & Recorder's Offices to pick up a ballot or vote in person. All offices will be open 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Election Day.

All ballots must be received by the Election Department by 7:00 p.m. on November 1, 2011 in order to be counted. Ballots that are postmarked November 1 but are not received by 7:00 p.m. are not counted.
