DENVER (AP) - Gov. John Hickenlooper is trying to put to rest talk about a potential presidential run in 2016. The Colorado Democrat says he and his Cabinet decided a couple of weeks ago that they wanted to focus on improving health care and education in the state in the next three years, which would make such a run essentially impossible. He also tells The Associated Press he's too moderate to survive a Democratic primary.
