A new report declares high blood pressure in the U.S. to be a neglected disease.
The prestigious Institute of Medicine says nearly one out of three adults has hypertension, but doctors often don't treat it aggressively, and the government hasn't made it a priority.
The institute says high blood pressure is relatively simple to prevent and treat, yet it's the nation's second-leading cause of death.
