CDOT says Highway 94, east of Colorado Springs is back open following a fatal crash.
State Patrol says the crash happened just after 4:00 this afternoon. A white GMC pickup was eastbound on Hwy. 94 when it crossed into the westbound lanes and struck a blue Jaguar, head-on. The driver of the Jaguar, an adult man, died on scene. Two other people in the Jaguar were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the GMC, also an adult man, was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The cause of the crash is still under investigation. Hwy. 94 was closed for over three hours.
