Mostly clear and breezy overnight tonight. Thursday will be windy and warm, afternoon gusts to 35 mph. A strong cold front rolls in early Friday morning with more wind and a few rain and snow showers. High temperatures Friday will be about 30 degrees colder than today. Late Friday night into Saturday morning temperatures will drop well below freezing. We will have our first hard freeze of the season. Tomorrow will be the day to tear down swamp coolers and drain sprinkler systems. The weekend will be sunny and dry, chilly air Saturday gives way to much warmer temperatures on Sunday.
