Huskies tight end is this week's "Athlete of the Week"

For the second time this year a member of the Florence Huskies football team is the "Loaf ‘N Jug High School Athlete of the Week." Congratulations to senior tight end Austin Reeves, a multi-sport athlete at Florence.
The Huskies lost their 2A state semifinal game at Olathe over the weekend but Reeves still had a big game. Austin caught a 67 yard touchdown pass and caught another long pass to set up a touchdown in the Big Dogs loss.
Austin has also lettered in baseball the past three years and one year in basketball. In the classroom he carries a 3.79 grade point average. Austin plans to play baseball and major in engineering in college.
