Performs work as System Administrator/Technical Analyst.
Applies system administration procedures; performance monitoring; and analytical methods to verify security, operability and functionality for systems.
Performs recurring assignments that minimize business operation by delivery of technical customer services. Identifies, responds to and resolves customer requests.
Conducts training for technical staff to ensure continuity of all systems. Ensures standards are maintained and enhanced through review of field operations.
Maintains knowledge of all tools used to support field operations including: installation of revenue generating devices, components, troubleshooting for electronics and systems, analytical tools, software and hardware installation, networks, funds, accounting and accountability procedures.
This is a federal job with government benefits.
Starting Salary: $52,000 - $90,000 / year
