Winds will remain blustery through Thursday, and many of us will see some showers (especially overnight and early Thursday) as a big low pressure system moves from Oklahoma to the northern Plains. Practically, what that means is that skies will clear later Thursday, winds will die down and Friday will be a delightful mix of sunshine and warmer temps. The process will continue into the weekend, as highs climb into the 70s and 80s, and stay there. Monday will be blustery again, as another cold front moves in (and should have the warmest temperatures of the next 7 days). After the front goes through, Tuesday and Wednesday will be breezy and cooler...but not THAT much cooler, with highs in the 60s and 70s.
