James Lohr sentenced to prison today

The man listed as a "person of interest" in the murder investigation of former D.O.C Chief, Tom Clements is headed back to prison. James Lohr was sentenced to nine years in prison, after pleading guilty to vehicular eluding and two counts of being a habitual criminal. He was arrested April 5th after Colorado Springs police say he ran from them and threw a gun from his car in Colorado Springs.

Lohr was a fellow prison gang member with Evan Ebel, the prime suspect in the murder of Clements.
