Job of the Day: CDOT Maintenance

The Colorado Department of Transportation has a Transportation Maintenance position open in Colorado City, south of Pueblo.
This position is responsible for performing Highway Maintenance Operations. Members of these patrols may be required to work at varying elevations and in all kinds of weather to include, but not limited to, heavy snow, extreme cold, and extreme heat.
Work assignments may be performed under hazardous situations. Shift work, weekend work and holiday work will be required.
Members of this patrol will be required to perform all aspects of road maintenance, including road surface, snow removal, road side maintenance, dry land mowing and weed control, structure maintenance, traffic control and traffic services, service equipment, and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
Application deadline is Friday, 5 pm.
Starting pay range: $2800 - $3900 per month.
