Peak Vista community Health Services is looking for an Enrollment Services Specialist.
Candidates are responsible for customer service and accommodating patient needs.
Job duties include: Determining eligibility for CICP applications, verifying private insurance, CHP+ and Medicaid on Webportal. Registering patients who currently have private insurance, Medicaid, and/or CHP+ and ensuring all paperwork/eligibility is reviewed with each patient. Data Entry into IDX and Health Track. Receiving telephone calls, transferring calls to appropriate departments and other patient service duties. Supports many internal departments by providing quality customer service. Performs other duties as assigned.
Bi-lingual candidates are preferred and have a high school diploma.
