Aspen Pointe is looking for a Service Center Representative.
This person functions as a centralized call center representative, as part of AspenPointe's participation in the Regional Care Collaborative Organization (RCCO) Region 7. The Service Center Representative works as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide member referrals and assistance with the ACO plan with a professional and respectful customer service focus
This is a full time job, Monday through Friday.
Minimal requirements are:
-Successful professional work experience in customer service
within the health care industry, preferably 2+ years
-At least 1 year Call center experience
-High school diploma or equivalent
