Job of the Day: Technical Support

Cherwell Software seeks a 1st level technical support person for our customers and VARS. This role will provide outstanding customer service and work with customers in gathering appropriate information,and identifying and solving the problem, all while utilizing superior communication and technical skills.

Required Skills Include:

-1+ year customer service experience
-Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate by phone, e-mail, or in person
-Must be able to learn new technologies quickly
-Strong analytical troubleshooting/diagnostics and problem solving skills
-Excellent organizational skills; effectively manage multiple customers
-Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
-Knowledge of ITIL, and other ITSM-related best practices
-Demonstrated ability to achieve successful outcomes in handling difficult situations
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
