Labor Secretary stumps for Salazar in Pueblo

A United States cabinet member was in Pueblo Thursday afternoon stumping for a local democratic candidate. Labor Secretary Hilda Solis made an appearance at a campaign rally for John Salazar. The event was held at the Steelworkers Hall.

"(John) has done so much for Coloradoans. I can tell you because we used to fight and argue all the time. But eventually we both understood each other. We both care very deeply about similar things," said Solis.

Salazar is running for re-election in Colorado's Third Congressional District. His Republican challenger is Scott Tipton.
