"Stand Up to Cancer" announced a lineup that will include other actors, athletes and musicians who have faced the illness, including Maura Tierney, Christina Applegate and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

One of the telethon's musical performances will be led by Stevie Wonder and will include Natasha Bedingfield, Queen Latifah, Martina McBride, Aaron Neville, and Dave Stewart.

The announcement was made Thursday.

"Stand Up to Cancer" will air commercial-free Sept. 10 on NBC, ABC, CBS and Fox, as well as on a number of cable channels.
