Leak has been contained

The leak in a tanker car in Monument has been contained.
A specially trained crew is on the way from Fort Worth to move the remaining hydrochloric acid to another container. The crew is expected around 1 p.m. Once that crew arrives the work will take four to five hours and the evacuation area will likely get larger.
