Lists of missing and dead in Japan may have duplicate entries

TOKYO (AP) - The number of dead and missing after Japan's earthquake and tsunami continues to rise. Japan's police agency says more than 8,400 people are dead and nearly 13,000 are listed as missing, though the two lists could include some duplication.
