A 29-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly threatening customers with a kitchen knife at Jack Quinn's in Downtown Colorado Springs.
Billy Ray Rodrigues was arrested Sunday night around 10:30 after police say he sat at a table uninvited and stared at a man, when the man asked what he wanted Rodrigues pulled out a large kitchen knife and threatened him.
According to police Rodriques then left the table while continuing to threaten other patrons. Officers arrived on scene and Rodriques allegedly refused to comply with verbal commands. He was tased one time and taken into custody.
Police say no one was injured. Rodrigues is facing charges of felony menacing.
