Man leaves child in car after police chase

Some scary moments for a two year old toddler caught in a domestic violence situation in Colorado Springs.
Police tell us the incident came to an end at Drennan and Academy. A man had taken his two year old child from a home following a domestic violence incident.
A police chase ensued, a wheel came off the car, he stopped, jumped out, and left the baby behind.
He was finally captured by police, and now faces multiple counts, including assault, child abuse, and eluding police. The child is okay.
