BRIGHTON, Colo. (AP) - A Brighton man is warning potential homebuyers that he won't be a good neighbor.
Titus Terranova posted a warning facing a home his neighbor is trying to sell warning buyers they may be subjected to loud music, loud parties and fireworks
He says he posted the sign because the previous neighbors didn't like his way of life.
According to KMGH-TV, Adams County code enforcement officers weren't amused and warned Terranova he is facing a ticket for an illegal sign, graffiti and having too many vehicles and trailers on his property.
