Mayor Bach purposes 6 month charter review

Prior to Colorado Springs City Council addressing multiple proposed ballot questions, Mayor Steve Bach has suggested an alternative proposal. The ballot questions ask voters to approve numerous changes to the city charter. The Mayor asked for City Council to hold off in favor of a six month charter review.
