High pressure keeps our weather sunny and mild today, but the breeze will pick up this afternoon. A cold front approaching from our northwest will move through Colorado this weekend. Ahead of that cold front, snow will begin falling mainly along and west of Continental Divide. While we likely will not see much precipitation in Southeastern Colorado, we will be considerably colder on Sunday after slight cooling Saturday.
Highs today will be in the low-to-mid 60's from Colorado Springs to Pueblo and down south toward Trinidad and La Junta, upper 50's on Monument Hill, 40's in Teller County, and 70's in the Plains near the Kansas Border.
