TODAY: Cold start to your Friday, but we'll actually see temps today beginning a warming trend that will last all the way through Thanksgiving! Temperatures rise about 4-6 degrees compared to yesterday...55 in Colorado Springs and 60 in Pueblo. You will notice a few high clouds drifting across the state today and tomorrow as a couple of weak disturbances migrate out of the western U.S.
TONIGHT: Partly cloudy and breezy at times tonight here with milder overnight low temps about 8-10 warmer than this morning. With those waves of energy moving through the state we could actually have a few light snow showers across the highest elevations of the Continental Divide. Skies will stay dry locally tonight and for the next 7-8 days!
SATURDAY-SUNDAY: The weekend forecast will be quite mild with temps both days around 60 in the Springs and the mid to upper 60's in Pueblo Those temps are about 8-10 degrees warmer than average. Skies Saturday will be partly cloudy to mostly sunny...sunnier skies for your Sunday.
MONDAY-TUESDAY: Staying mostly sunny and mild for the first two days of the new week. A weak cool front moves through for Monday, so high temps will be about 2-4 degrees cooler compared to Sunday. More sunshine again Tuesday and warming again by about 2-4 degrees.
WEDNESDAY: Forecast across eastern Colorado for the busiest travel day of the year sounds wonderful! Mostly sunny and warm for the Front Range with temps in Colorado Springs up to 61 and 66 in Pueblo. Holiday travel by cars sounds just fine here in Colorado and if you have plans to fly someplace else the weather for flights out of Colorado Springs and DIA will be great as well.
THANKSGIVING DAY: Chilly in the morning and VERY mild in the afternoon. Expect abundant sunshine while you are giving thanks with loved ones. Temps in the afternoon all the way up to around 60 again in Colorado Springs and 66 in Pueblo. Enjoy!
