After a cool Christmas temperatures will turn warm by the end of the week.
We'll see mostly sunny skies across southern Colorado today. Temperatures will climb 10°-12° from Christmas. Look for highs to reach the 50°s. (Colorado Springs: 54° | Pueblo: 59°)
Temperatures will continue their climb Friday. Highs will get up in to the 60°s across much of the KOAA viewing area under sunny skies.
A cold front will move through the area late Saturday afternoon/evening. As is often the case, ahead of the front temperatures will quickly climb in to the 50°s and 60°s. Once the front passes, temperatures will quickly fall 10° to 20°. Winds will also by gusty Saturday, both ahead and behind the front. - Meteorologist John Dissauer
