Monument looks for car break-in suspects

Monument residents have experienced an increase in vehicle break-ins at business parking lots. Generally the crimes are happening in the early evening hours. According to Monument Police, most of the vehicles were locked and a window was smashed to get at something in plain sight, like a purse or backpack.
Anyone who has information on these crimes is asked to call the Monument Police Department at 481-3253.
