Heavy rain in some areas through this evening with flooding possible in parts of the Pikes Peak region. Clearing skies overnight tonight with pleasant temperatures. We do it all over again tomorrow. Thunderstorms will develop over the mountains late tomorrow morning into the afternoon hours then push east. Highest risk of flash flooding tomorrow will be over the burn scars. A pocket of drier air moves in Thursday and stays through Saturday. The monsoon will be active again starting Sunday and lasting through next Tuesday.
