Low pressure over northern Arizona will continue to funnel deep moisture into Southeastern Colorado, and with an upslope breeze rain will result from the moisture. Most of the areas will see rain through the first half of Wednesday, while the afternoon will be more spotty to scattered activity with more breaks in the rain. That will continue into tonight.
Highs today will be in the mid-to-upper 60's on the Palmer Divide, including Colorado Springs. Expect 70's for most areas along and south of the Arkansas River, including Pueblo and Cañon City, 60's in the mountains, and near 80 in the Southeastern Plains.
