The active weather pattern continues for Southern Colorado as we head into the new week.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible once again Sunday afternoon and evening for the mountain and foothill locations especially around the Pikes Peak region and the Palmer Divide. Isolated showers and storms are possible for areas farther east over the Plains.
Outside of Sunday, Monday and Wednesday hold the chance for a spotty shower or storm. Otherwise, expect partly sunny and hot conditions with highs remaining well above average in the 80s/90s all week long.
