More sunshine and warmer temps ahead

After a beautiful and mild Saturday, expect more nice weather as we head into the start of the new week. High pressure will keep Southern Colorado mostly sunny and dry through Tuesday with highs warming into the 70s/80s across the region.

Enjoy the next few days though because another shot of cold air (and snow) arrives Wednesday as a system moves through the state. Highs Wednesday look to be about 20 to 30 degrees below average.

Temperatures will slowly warm into next weekend with possible highs in the 50s/60s under partly sunny skies.
